[Her tiny hands settle on Asuka's finger, where her friend's hand is wrapped around her waist.]

Do you see anything? I don't think she's in here.

I don't think so either. Does she know the staff? Maybe she's in the kitchen or something.

If she went to look for me, she could be anywhere...

Okay, we'll look everywhere in this place for her. Hang on.

[ She walks out of the bathrooms to help her look. ]

[ And as luck would have it, Asuka's going to notice a flash of dark blue from the patio itself...

As it so happened, Maizono had gotten up for a few moments to walk around and collect her thoughts on what else to do with Natsuru given her size, but by the time she returned she was nowhere to be found - which resulted in her looking through all of the out of the way spots first, considering that Natsuru tended to get into more trouble than she expected, whether or not she realized it...

Asuka's going to notice her underneath one of the tables, trying to find her tiny waifu - best let her know that Natsuru's okay... ]

Ah...!

[ That's her hair colour, so it might be her. She holds Natsuru in only one hand so she can keep herself more steady as she crouches down by the table. ]

Found you.

[Oh, there she is! Natsuru waves to get Maizono's attention.]

Sayaka! I'm over here! Asuka-chan helped me.

Ah--?!

[ Maizono squeaks in surprise, nearly banging her head on the underside of the table as she slowly crawls out, turning towards the voices - and immediately sighing in relief when she spots Natsuru in Asuka's hands. ]

N-Natsuru! Thank goodness you're safe...

Thanks, Asuka-chan. I wouldn't have known what to do if you weren't here...

[ Is she planning on having the date underneath the table now? Probably a better idea to do that when Natsuru is in her regular size, someone might step on her. ]

No problem. You disappeared though, what if you'd turned tiny too?

Ah... I don't think that'd happen! She didn't even get the same kind of box.

[She's still blushing at Maizono's reaction. It's kind of hard not to feel sheepish when you've gone and gotten yourself lost on the person who loves you and is trying to keep you safe.

Addressing her wife again, she attempts to explain...]

U-Um, your purse is still in the lost and found, by the way...

Oh, right!

[ The purse. ]

Should I have brought that too?

Ah... don't worry about it, I can get it before we leave! Natsuru was really who I was the most concerned about...

[ She visibly relaxes as she nods quietly, glancing at Natsuru and Asuka for a few moments. ]

In any case, since you're here... would you like to join us, Asuka-chan?

[Asuka joining them on a date? Normally, that might seem a bit strange, but the three of them have been spending time together lately. And with the unique situation right now...]

Oh, yeah! We have a table for two! A-And I'm too small for a chair or... even ordering something, so... if you want to...

[Not that she won't be able to sit and eat with them, she'll just be sitting on the table and having tiny portions of whatever Maizono orders.]

If it'salright with you guys, then sure.

[ She reaches out the hand that doesn't hold Natsuru for Sayaka to take so she can crawl out from under there. ]

Of course it is! You know that we wouldn't mind you joining us!

[ Maizono takes Asuka's hand gratefully, nodding as she pulls herself up to her feet. ]

Plus, you being with us would be really helpful as well if... we were to have another mishap like this.

Ah... that was kinda my fault. I was trying to put my coat away, and I guess someone thought you just left your purse at the table...

A-Anyway, of course you can join us, Asuka-chan!

I guess, okay.

[ She doesn't let go of Sayaka's hand once she's up, instead leads her back to the married couple's table. There, she sets Natsuru back on the table. ]

I'll make sure no one gets stolen again.

Thanks... we really do appreciate it...

[ She visibly relaxes once they're at the table, laughing awkwardly and scratching her cheek in embarrassment. ]

It shouldn't last too much longer, I hope! It's just been... really a wilder ride than either of us were expecting.

[Rather than settle into the spot across from Maizono she'd taken before, Natsuru finds a place between her giant wife and giant best friend to sit on the table. This had certainly been an interesting perspective for a date before, and now it's even more strange. But with the two of them in particular? She thinks she can adjust.]

I thought I'd fall out of her purse the first few times we went out! Before we found a way to make it work better.

I didn't think we'd find so many doll clothes, either...

[She starts to blush a bit at the admission that she's wearing doll accessories. As if it weren't already obvious.]

Oh, of course you're wearing doll clothes. You look very cute in them, Natsuru-chan.

[ she didn't even consider what clothes she was wearing before. ]

Doesn't she? I'm thinking of looking for the actual versions of these outfits for once she's back to normal.

[ Maizono grins, nodding in emphasis as she gestures at Natsuru. ]

She has a few more cute outfits back home, too, if you'd like to see?

Th-Thanks.

[And now she's blushing even more at the compliments. Something else to add to the list of "things she never thought she'd be proud of": looking adorable in doll clothes.]

Ah, maybe we could put on a fashion show for Asuka-chan? Since I won't be like this forever...

[If it were nearly anyone else, she wouldn't suggest this so readily. But it's her best friend. Of course she'd offer to show off her outfits if Asuka wants to see.]

I would love to see that!

[ She smiles so hard. ]

And I totally think you should try to find them in person size too. And something matching for you so you can look adorable together.

Ah... I actually didn't think about that...

[ But Maizono seems to be seriously considering it, as she tilts her head curiously at Natsuru. ]

The twin look would be adorable, though! Wouldn't it?

Y-Yeah... it would.

[A good chunk of her fashion sense now came from Maizono in the first place, so matching outfits wouldn't be that much of a stretch!]

I don't know if anyone actually makes clothes like this in normal sizes, though...
