[ She doesn't know what Natsuru was going to say, but that blush is kind of cute. She has such cute friends!
Oh. Ooooh! ] You're important to me too, Natsuru-chan.
[ She picks up the tin with a smile. How can she not accept it after such a sweet thing? ]
I'll take it! Thank you.
no subject
Oh... you're welcome!
[She seems to relax a lot now that that's over and done with. Even though she'll still look a little embarrassed for quite some time. It was such a simple little thing - she probably didn't need to make such a big deal out of it.]
Don't you think it's a little weird, though? ... That the landlord keeps doing stuff like this?
no subject
Yeah, it's kinda strange. He likes messing with us but he's trying to do something nice too? Maaaaybe.
no subject
But it's probably better to do what he wants and give 'em away. He's gonna mess with us anyway.
Besides, he might give us something for playing along, right?

[Her smile drops a little as she recalls some of the things she did for the sake of getting certain... intangible things back...]
Well... as long as I don't have to walk around town in my underwear again. I don't think anything's really worth that.
[... Anymore. She thought it was worth it the last time, but-]

[ If it comes down to wishes, unlike when they just get a random object in the mail or some other way. ]
How about a swimsuit? It's not embarrassing if it's raining.
no subject
[Natsuru still has that one very important thing she wants back, so if Asuka really doesn't need anything...]
Thanks! Even if we don't get anything like that... it's really nice of you to offer...
[She chuckles a little nervously at the swimsuit comment, but doesn't seem too bothered. Things like that are to be expected when she talks with Asuka.]
And I guess a swimsuit wouldn't be too bad...
It's still a little embarrassing, though!
no subject
[ Well. Magazines she's taken from her dad, but they were in her room. ]
Not if it's raining! I've tried it.
no subject
[She's going to regret asking this, isn't she?
And how is it less embarrassing if it's raining?!]
Ah... I guess if it's warm enough outside, yeah...
[And yet she still ends up agreeing somehow. Such is the power of Asuka.]
no subject
[ On a scale from one to ten, how much does she regret asking now? ]
You should try it.
1/2
Maybe she should have listened back when Asuka said she was a pervert. But now it's too late, the thought is far from her mind, and she's just. Silently gaping in utter shock.
Give her a second here...]
I-... um... I didn't know you liked... er, had those kind of...
2/2
T-Try it?!
[Sorry, her brain is still stuck on porn magazines.]
no subject
Swimsuits? Yeah.
no subject
Oh, um... sure! Okay...
[Swimsuits doesn't sound nearly as questionable compared to gravure and porn magazines.]
Wait, you mean, like... both of us?
[She doesn't want to be the only one...]

[Careful there, Natsuru, someone might think you were actually excited about this idea.
At least, for the five seconds it takes for her to look shy and nervous again.]
Ah... th-thanks. But you look great in them, too, you know...
[That's an okay thing to say to a friend, right? It's not like she looked a whole lot when they were having that weird bath party! It's just impossible not to notice these sorts of things!]
no subject
[ Now she should do a retest of her experiment, shouldn't she? ]
But I bet people have scouted you on the beach too!
[ Because Natsuru isn't just your average pretty girl (in more ways than one). ]
no subject
[Is that some other way of saying they were checking her out? ... Actually, even if Natsuru really understood what it meant, it probably wouldn't change her answer.]
Well... yeah, I guess...
[She's a little confused why that's coming up now, though. You know, besides the obvious bit where they were just talking about how they look in swimsuits.]
no subject
See, you're popular, and would totally rock it if you walked around in a bikini or swimsuit.
no subject
[Asuka has a way of saying things that would normally embarrass Natsuru in a way that she can't help but see them as at least attempts at genuine compliments. That's the kind of thing any normal girl would like to hear, right? So that's how she'll take it!]
You would too, you know! You looked great in that swimsuit you wore last time.
[From what she remembers of that day that wasn't about what happened with Gau, that is...]
no subject
[ She's no fashion expert, but she knows her own taste, and it's always fun hearing someone else who likes it as well. ]
You did too, it suited you really well.
no subject
Th-Thank you... um... you don't think it was too, ah... sexy?
[She tried to find another word, but that was the only one she could think of. Cue more blushing.]
It's just... Sayaka picked it out for me! I wasn't too sure about it, but it was comfortable and it fit... a-and I wanted to dress nicer, so...
[Honestly, she wore it at the time so she could ask Asuka's opinion, but with Gau there the whole time, it just never happened.]

[Wow, Natsuru can not handle all the ways Asuka finds to compliment her! And surprisingly, it's not just because they're not the kinds of compliments she'd look for... it's legitimately flattering that she's so quick to say the sort of nice things any normal girl would be thrilled to hear. (She assumes.)
She'd argue that Asuka could pull off whatever she wants to, but even Sayaka has said the same thing about certain styles. It's weird, but if she had to venture a guess...]
Ah... maybe it's just because you're on the smaller side? That we, um, look good in different styles, and all that...
[Natsuru, that could be taken in so many ways other than how you meant it.]
